The use of the DVERT® Oxidation Catalyst (DOC) enables maintenance-free operation under all possible uses and ambient conditions for Tier 4, or with DVERT® Particle Filters (DPF) for Stage V.
The powerful common rail injection system and highly efficient combustion ensure the best engine performance with the lowest fuel - and emission values.
Similar connection dimensions and main installation interfaces as TCD 2.9 and G 2.2 / G 2.9 LPG engines for easy installation in diesel and gas powered devices.
Oil change intervals of up to 1000 h, a maintenance-free valve train and optionally a maintenance-friendly multiple V-belt drive lead to low maintenance costs and high device availability.
Variants without EAT and for less regulated markets will expand the product range in the future.
The engines are equipped with a modular exhaust gas aftertreatment system (EAT), which can optionally be attached to the engine. This considerably simplifies device integration for the OEM and practically means a “drop-in” solution.
100% power take-off on the flywheel and front side and additional side power take-off with up to 120 Nm for the attachment of up to two hydraulic pumps.
The very compact motor design and a customer-oriented, modular system of optional add-on parts reduce installation costs and increase the number of applications.
