The powerful common rail injection system and highly efficient combustion with cooled external exhaust gas recirculation ensure the best engine performance with the lowest fuel and emission values.
The use of DVERT® Oxidation Catalyst (DOC) for the EU Stage IIIB and US EPA Tier 4 enables maintenance-free operation under all possible uses and ambient conditions. A DVERT® particle filter (DPF) is optionally available. Using the diesel particulate filter, the engines already meet the EU Stage V emissions standard expected from 2019 *.
To simplify installation in the device, all motor connections and all important installation interfaces at level V remain unchanged.
Oil change intervals of up to 1000 h and a maintenance-free valve train lead to low maintenance costs and high device availability.
The very compact motor design and a customer-oriented, modular system of optional add-on parts reduce installation costs and increase the number of applications.
100% power take-off on the flywheel and front side and additional side power take-off with up to 120 Nm for the attachment of up to two hydraulic pumps.
A variant without EAT for EU Stage III A, US EPA Tier 4i and for less regulated markets is optionally available.
New high power motor version to expand the 2.9 series to 75 kW.
