The use of DVERT® Oxidation Catalyst (DOC) and Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) enables maintenance-free operation in all applications and environmental conditions.
The engines have a modular exhaust gas aftertreatment system (AGN) optionally attached to the engine. This greatly simplifies device integration. This enables DEUTZ to install the entire system drop-in.
500 h oil change intervals and a maintenance-free valve train lead to low maintenance costs and high device availability.
The powerful common rail injection system and the electronic engine control (EMR 4) with intelligent connection to the drive management ensure the best engine performance with low fuel consumption.
Best cold start capability even under extreme conditions.
The very compact motor design and a customer-oriented, modular system of optional add-on parts reduce installation costs and increase the number of applications.
100% power take-off on the flywheel and on the front and additionally up to two power take-offs with a total torque of up to 130 Nm for the attachment of up to two hydraulic pumps.
The engines meet the requirements of EU Stage IV and US EPA Tier 4 <56kW with DVERT® oxidation catalyst. Additionally for EU Stage IV / US Tier 4> 56kW with SCR. A variant without AGN for less regulated markets is optionally available.
