Newly designed, water-cooled 4-cylinder in-line engine with cooled external exhaust gas recirculation, with turbocharging and optionally with and without charge air cooling.
The use of DVERT® Oxidation Catalyst (DOC) enables maintenance-free operation in all applications and ambient conditions.
100% power take-off on the flywheel and front side and additional side power take-off with up to 120 Nm for the attachment of up to two hydraulic pumps. 500 h oil change intervals and a maintenance-free valve train lead to low maintenance costs and high device availability.
The engines have a modular exhaust gas aftertreatment system (AGN) that is optionally attached to the engine. This enables DEUTZ to install the entire system drop-in.
Best cold start capability even under extreme conditions.
The powerful common rail injection system and highly efficient combustion with cooled external exhaust gas recirculation ensure the best engine performance with the lowest fuel and emission values.
The very compact motor design and a customer-oriented, modular system of optional add-on parts reduce installation costs and increase the number of applications.
The engines meet the requirements of EU Stage IIIB and US EPA Tier 4 with DVERT® oxidation catalyst. A variant without AGN for less regulated markets is optionally available.
