• The engine and exhaust aftertreatment (EAT) are optimized for maximum total system efficiency, thus ensuring the lowest consumption and total operating costs.
  The consistent installation and connection dimensions of the engine facilitate the transition of existing installations to the next stage of emission regulations.
  Thanks to the protected technology, the engine dimensions and design remain unchanged after the upgrade to Stage V. No changes are required for the customer's equipment. For less regulated markets, a version without EAT is available.
  The powerful DEUTZ Common Rail (DCR®) injection system and the electronic engine control (EMR) with intelligent connection to the drive management ensure optimal engine performance at low fuel consumption.
  Equipped with DVERT® Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) and a particulate filter (DPF), the engines meet the requirements of EU Stage IV and US EPA Tier 4. By using a DPF, they already meet the EU Stage V emission standards scheduled for implementation in 2019.*
  Optimum cold start performance even under extreme conditions.
  Long oil change intervals and easy engine fluid changes reduce operating costs and increase the availability of the machine.
